Just as I thought, this week's bitter cold change the river very little. Open water remains up by the Big Fork River. Today there was a noticeable change in temperature when you walked out the door however and this warming trend is expected to continue, finally. Stay tuned!

On the up side of news fishing has picked up again! Anglers report evening bite producing better than last week, but of course we would begin to see more numbers of catches this week, the limit changed to 2!
