Yesterday it was beautiful, today was much like the rest of the state. Rain.

Water levels are up from rain and water let out from the damn this week. The river had gotten dirty after rain last week but anglers were still catching many walleye. They stuck to the shallows in slower current and did fine. All week the river was getting better and better but this new batch of rain could change things. Anglers today were still catching walleye in the elements.

The rain is expected to move out from this area Friday which is fine by us! We're as sick of it as everyone else in Minnesota is right now I'm sure!
