The river is finally clearing! In the past couple of days the rain has backed off a bit and allowed it to wash through. It's still a bit murky but nowhere near as dirty as it was. Yesterday we seen quite a few boats back on the river. Reports are that fishing is still a little shy but it will improve with every passing day. Water levels look to have leveled off now and at a more normal level, not as low as it has been. And last night my kids and some neighbor kids cooled off by tubing down the river and had a great time!
