The 1st photo is Birchdale showing it's first weak spot however there were people ice fishing at Birchdale as well. The second is Manitou Rapids and the last was a weak spot at Frontier Landing. The photos below show the river at mile marker 170 and 174 which looks like the open water from Loman is expanding further with weak spots along the way to Birchdale (Manitou, Indus and Franz Jevne) Things looks tighter from Birchdale to here yet. We need good sun and warm temps!
