Mike Sloan caught this 6lb 7oz walleye when he was up here this week! We woke this morning to ice on the river! Course it wasn't too thick and broke up by afternoon, but it won't be long till ice fishing begins. After the snow earlier in the week the bite slowed, evenings was your best bet. Today with the temps a little warmer and green colored jigs the bite started to pick up. Warmer temps are expected this week. Deer season opens tomorrow! Good Luck!
