River temp was 57.1 today. Wind kept water rough and choppy today and temps were cool. With shiners running now the bite will improve rapidly. Anglers are having best luck with bubble gum color jigs with shiners. Fatheads have also produced. With the soft bite stinger hooks have been working well.
