The river is open down to mile marker #153, so that's a good 3 miles it has opened since yesterday. Won't be long until Frontier has some open water. We will take pictures of the ramp at Birchdale tomorrow and let you know when we think the county can plow it. Won't be long before you can put in big boats at Birchdale.
