Fishing the past few days has been fairly good, with anglers boating some walleyes in the 17" - 18" range. Gene's daughter Tammy caught her biggest walleye Monday, a 23 - incher!! Wally caught and released a 29 1/2" walleye and will email me pictures when he gets home. No shiners in the bay, although Wheeler's Point has seen some recently. Water temperature is 48 - 50 degrees with levels remaing the same, after all the rain. We even had a thunderstorm Sunday night! Maybe one of your late fall seasons, fishing the Rainy River into the first 2 weeks of November!!
